Deeply customer-centric but also thrives in technical problem-solving. They should enjoy getting into the weeds of debugging and love helping users succeed. Comfort with ambiguity, fast learning, and bias toward action are key.
Tools and frameworks
Familiarity with dev tools (console logs, APIs, browser/network inspection), support platforms (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk), and ideally some experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based stacks. If they can read and patch code — even better.
Cross functional
Strongly executional with the ability to work cross-functionally. They’ll act as a translator between customers, support, and engineering.
