Robust Instrumentation and Analytics:
Develop and implement a comprehensive instrumentation and analytics layer, providing clear visibility into key customer health metrics.
Measurable Impact Through Experiments:
Ship at least 2-3 high-impact product experiments within the first 3-6 months, demonstrating measurable improvements in activation or retention.
Defined Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs):
Establish a baseline definition of PQLs based on user behavior insights, enabling more targeted and effective sales and marketing efforts.
Proactive Growth Strategy:
Transition the product growth approach from reactive to proactive, anticipating user needs and driving continuous improvement.
Clear Understanding of "Healthy" Usage:
Define and implement metrics to track and measure "healthy" customer behavior, ensuring consistent and valuable user experiences.
