Focuses on customer Outcome and Value above all else.
If what was shipped doesn't actually drive value or change behavior then it's not yet a success. Never gets too deep with confidence that spending your time on the thing makes sense to higher level outcomes you’re working towards.
Has a startup and Ownership mindset;
→ Hyper willing to learn and grow. But also share and teach their own experiences and perspectives.
→ Takes initiative to ask for what they need. Never waits.
→ Takes initiative to simply GO and DO because no one has time to be asked for permission.
→ Fixes things that look broken or missing simply because you noticed.
→ Interested and excited to wear other hats than just "product designer"; ie. do some branding stuff, roadmap management, slide deck design, stickers, swag, do some website design, design some print stuff, level up our internal and external presentation.
